Only legally blind people could think an upconverted DVD could look anything close to this. Wow, I'm just blown away by the HD transfer of these movies. Seriously, some of the best movies in history in a format that can show them off like none other. This is 1080p in all it's glory. I've seen some great quality blu-ray movies on my 1080p screen (i.e. Transformers, Dark Knight, Iron Man.)., but nothing compares to how crisp and amazing these movies are.

There is a certain amount of grain in all of them but, I think, this is just normal film grain.The cover box is a bit flimsy and not glued on properly although this could just be a 1 off thing.All in all this box set is really worth the price. The picture quality on all the movies in this box is simply amazing.

Total value for money. Loads of extras. The Ultimate Matrix Collection [Blu-ray]I'm a big Matrix series fan so this was a great addition to my collection. The package was amazing.

Definitely worth it. Very high quality collection, leaves nothing in terms of image and sound quality. It is also packed with features and extras.

I enjoyed all the Matrix movies very much prior to this purchase, but Blue Ray makes the movies come more alive and realistic, almost like it's taking place in your living room. This is the first Blue Ray movie that I purchased and I definitely was not disappointed.
